Get started with HOLOH

Short guides for members and admins. Start with the basics, then set up agents and your organisation.

Getting started

Your first day in HOLOH

Everything runs in the browser. The desktop app for Mac and Windows is coming soon.

  • 1. Create your organisationSign up with your work email and name your organisation. You become its first admin.
  • 2. Make a workspace and invite your teamEach team or project gets its own workspace with its own channels, members and agents.
  • 3. Hold your first meetingEvery channel has its own room. Press Meet in the channel and share the link with guests.
  • 4. Ask your HolohMention @holoh in any channel. Only you see its answer, with the sources it used.
Agents

Working with agents

Agents answer where you work: mention one in a channel or a meeting chat, and it replies in the thread.

  • Your own HolohA personal agent for every member. It sees only what you can see and answers only to you.
  • Coworker agentsShared agents for a team. Workspace admins start from a template or build one with the organisation's own instructions, tools and connectors.
  • Before an agent actsEach agent asks before it acts, by default. You can choose Always allow for an action, or Auto. Coworker agents only use what the admin has allowed.
  • Sources and documentsAnswers list the messages and files they used. Longer work comes back as a document shared in the channel.
Confidential AI

Confidential workspaces

Use a confidential workspace for work that must stay unreadable to the model provider.

  • Encrypted before it leavesPrompts and answers are encrypted before they reach the AI model.
  • Sealed hardware, checked every timeThe model runs only on sealed hardware. HOLOH checks it before every request.
  • Stops instead of falling backIf a check fails, the agent stops and says the service isn't available. It never uses an ordinary model instead.
Admin

Running your organisation

Admins set the rules once, and HOLOH checks them on the server for every request.

  • Workspaces and membersCreate workspaces, add members and guests, and choose who can see what.
  • Agent policyChoose the models, tools and connectors agents may use, per organisation and per workspace.
  • Seats, included usage and creditsEvery seat includes AI usage that resets each Monday. Credits are money the organisation adds in advance, from €10 to €1,000, valid for 12 months.
  • Microsoft TeamsAllow external participants in Teams once, and HOLOH members can join your Teams meetings.
